1. The frame of the LED panel light:

According to statistics, the current frame materials of panel lights mainly include aluminum alloy, steel, PC, A6063, aluminum profile, steel and other materials.

2. The diffuser of the LED panel light:

The function of the diffuser is to evenly disperse the light of the light guide plate, and also to blur the dots. The materials used mainly include acrylic, PC, PS, etc.

It is understood that the light transmittance of acrylic material is 92%, PC is 88%, and PS is about 80%. The light transmittance of acrylic material is higher than that of PC, and the cost is lower, and the anti-aging performance is poor; PC material is expensive, but anti-aging Strong performance.

3. The light guide plate of the LED panel light:

The function of the light guide plate is that the direction of the refracted light is parallel to the direction of the light guide plate and perpendicular to the flow guide plate, and the light that is refracted by the light guide plate to the back of the panel light is reflected by the reflective paper. In this process, it is necessary to reduce the light attenuation as much as possible. Generally speaking, the light effect of the light guide plate depends largely on the dot design, followed by the choice of the plate.

4. Power supply mode of LED panel light:

LED lights have two driving power modes, one is constant current power supply, this mode has high efficiency, PF value is as high as 0.95, cost-effective; the second is constant voltage and constant current power supply, stable performance, but low efficiency and high cost.
